Be Your Best You
Life is a journey of, and on, purpose! Stuff happens, priorities shift, circumstances change.
Counseling can help in small and big ways.
Now is the best time to start.
We are here to take part in the journey!
Counseling will help you clarify your goals and teach you how to get there. You’re worth the hard conversations, the time, money, energy and effort spent in counseling. Make your self-care a priority.
Participating in your own life is what’s most empowering. You don’t always have to just go through the motions. You don’t need to dim your light. We all learn and grow every day for the duration of our lives! So feel free to leave strenuous expectations & perfectionism at the door.
Your new life is going to cost you your old one, and that’s okay. We are here to take part in the journey.
Be Your Best You
First things FIRST…let me say that I absolutely LOVE what I do because I get to be a small part of the journey for so many amazing individuals and families through my work.
Mental Health counseling is both challenging and rewarding, and you will get out of it what you choose to put into it. That being said, every session is a fantastically unique experience.
If you are looking for cookie cutter services I’m not the one for you. My training has confirmed that the best way to help is to be a helper. I bring expertise and knowledge on content, a comfy and engaging environment, but YOU bring the superpower that is You! We will talk about the quirky and queasy aspects of life. We will explore how you see yourself and what you want out of this world. I will champion and challenge you throughout the course of our work. You will not be the same, but that’s what you came for! 😉
